 The lifespan of lash extensions depends on the natural lash growth cycle:

• Natural Lash Shedding: Each lash naturally falls out every 6–8 weeks. You lose about 3–5 lashes per day.
• Extensions: Lash extensions fall out along with your natural lashes.

To maintain a full look, we recommend:

• Full Set: For first-time clients or when most extensions have shed. Takes 1.5-2 hours.
• Refills: Every 2–3 weeks to replace lost extensions and maintain fullness. Refills take 45–60 minutes.

• Arrive Makeup-Free:
  • Remove all eye makeup, including mascara, eyeliner, and eyeshadow, before your appointment.
  • Cleanse your face thoroughly, ensuring there is no residue of makeup or skincare products, especially around the eye area.
• Avoid Moisturisers and Oils:
  • Do not apply any moisturisers, oils, or serums to your face, particularly near the eyes. These can leave a residue that may interfere with the adhesive.
• No Strip Lashes for One Week:
  • Avoid wearing strip lashes for at least one week before your appointment. The glue used for strip lashes can stick to your natural lashes and clump them together, making it difficult to apply extensions.
• No Recent LVL Treatments or Lash Lifts:
  • If you’ve had an LVL (Lash Volume Lift) or a lash lift treatment recently, it may not be possible to apply lash extensions. Extensions adhere best to untreated natural lashes.
• Remove Existing Lash Extensions:
  • If you currently have lash extensions applied by another salon, they will need to be professionally removed prior to your appointment. We will perform a full set of new extensions for the best and safest results.
• Skip Waterproof Products:
  • Avoid using waterproof mascara or eyeliner at least 24 hours before your appointment, as these can be difficult to remove completely and leave a film on your lashes.
• Do Not Curl Your Lashes:
  • Refrain from using an eyelash curler on the day of your appointment. Extensions adhere best to natural lashes in their uncurled state.
• Limit Caffeine Intake:
  • Try to avoid caffeine before your appointment. It can make it harder to relax and sit still during the application process.
• Schedule Enough Time:
  • Lash extensions are a detailed, time-intensive process, especially for a full set. Be prepared to spend 1.5-2 hours at the appointment.
• Comfort First:
  • Wear comfortable clothing and use the restroom before your appointment to ensure you can fully relax during the process.
• Inform Your Technician:
  • Let your lash technician know about any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions in advance. This helps them choose the best products and techniques for you.
