 Your LVL treatment is a carefully curated process designed to enhance your natural lashes safely and effectively:

1. Cleansing: Your lash artist begins by thoroughly cleansing your lashes to remove makeup, oils, and residue. This ensures the products adhere properly for optimal results.
2. Shield Application: A silicone shield is carefully selected and placed on your eyelid. The size and shape of the shield are tailored to your desired curl and eye shape.
3. Lash Positioning: Your natural lashes are gently lifted and secured onto the shield using a bonding gel. Each lash is meticulously aligned to create a uniform and flawless curl.
4. Lifting Formula: A lifting solution is applied to soften and reshape your lashes, moulding them to the curve of the shield and creating the lift effect.
5. Volumising Fix: A fixing solution is applied to lock the new lash shape in place, ensuring a long-lasting lift.
6. Tint Application: Once the fix is complete, a tint is applied to your lashes to enhance their colour, adding depth and making them appear fuller and more dramatic.

The entire treatment takes approximately 45–60 minutes. It’s a relaxing process, and many clients find it so soothing that they drift off to sleep!

With proper aftercare, your LVL results can last between 6–8 weeks, depending on your lash cycle. The curl naturally grows out as your lashes shed and regrow, requiring no maintenance appointments in between treatments. 

An LVL is suitable for most people, regardless of lash length or thickness. However, the results are most dramatic for those with longer lashes. If you:

• Have straight lashes.
• Want a low-maintenance, natural enhancement.
• Are looking for an alternative to extensions.

This treatment may not be ideal for those with very sparse lashes, as the lift works with what you naturally have. 

To ensure the best results:

• Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes and avoid using moisturisers on the eye area.
• Avoid strip lashes for at least a week before your appointment, as their adhesive can clump your natural lashes.
• Do not undergo LVL or lash lift treatments within 8 weeks of this appointment.
• If you have existing lash extensions, these will need to be removed prior to your LVL, as we work with natural lashes only.
• A patch test is required at least 48 hours before your appointment

For the first 48 hours, to maintain your lift:

• Avoid getting your lashes wet, including steam, saunas, or swimming.
• Do not use oil-based products around your eyes.
• Avoid sleeping face down or rubbing your lashes.

After 48 hours:

• Gently cleanse your lashes with water-based products.
• Avoid waterproof mascara; instead, use water-based mascara if desired.
• Brush your lashes daily with a clean spoolie to maintain their shape.

What to Expect: The lash tinting process is straightforward and takes only 15–30 minutes. After cleansing your lashes, a gentle dye is applied and left to develop. Once removed, your lashes will appear darker and more defined.

How Long Does It Last? With proper care, a lash tint can last up to four weeks, gradually fading as your natural lash cycle progresses.

Patch Test Required: A patch test is required at least 48 hours before your appointment to ensure there are no sensitivities to the dye.
